By visiting the Chart & Chill website (ichartandchill.com), creating an account, using the free courses or buying a subscription to the platform or trading tools, you fully accept the terms below. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Nature of the services and financial disclaimer
No investment advice: All site content, the (free) courses, and the tools and platform data (Order Flow, GEX, Dark Pool and more) are for educational and analytical purposes only. Chart & Chill does not provide financial advice, buy/sell signals or investment advice.
Market risk: Trading financial markets carries significant risk and can lead to the loss of capital. Risk management and full responsibility for every trading decision rest with the user.
No guaranteed returns: Chart & Chill does not guarantee any profit, success or financial return from using its courses or platform tools.
2. Account and identity verification (KYC)
Creating and securing your account: You can sign up and watch the courses with a valid email address. Keeping your login details secure is your responsibility.
Identity verification required: To improve security, prevent fraud and stop license abuse, a one-time identity check (KYC) is required before your first purchase of a platform subscription or tool.
Privacy: Documents you submit are kept strictly confidential and are reviewed only by our internal team to confirm your identity.
3. Use of the (free) courses
All video courses on the website are currently 100% free.
The intellectual property in the videos belongs to Chart & Chill. Downloading, copying, republishing, selling or distributing them on any other platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
4. Subscriptions, tools and payments
Payment method: All payments for platform subscriptions (Standalone and MT5 editions), add-ons and trading tools are made only in cryptocurrency (such as USDT and other major coins).
Instant license delivery: Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your software license and download links become available in your dashboard right away.
Refunds: Please consider your purchase carefully. Under the Chart & Chill no-refund policy, because files are delivered instantly, licenses are issued personally and crypto transactions are final, all payments are final and cannot be refunded.
5. License terms and software rights
Personal use: Every license, subscription and add-on issued belongs to one person only (the account holder).
No sharing: Selling licenses, sharing your account, letting several people use one account at the same time, or trying to reverse-engineer the tools' source code is prohibited. Any such violation leads to permanent cancellation and blocking of the account and license, without a refund.
6. Technical support and communication
Contact channels: Our support team, with a 24/7 AI assistant and human operators (live chat, tickets, Telegram and WhatsApp), is available in 5 languages. Support covers technical issues with the software and help with the dashboard; it does not cover your trading decisions or results.
Respect: Mutual respect between users and the support team is required. Insults, defamation or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension of your access.
7. Liability and changes
Changes to these terms: Chart & Chill may update or change these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept them.
Technical issues beyond our control: Problems with your internet connection, broker network outages or third-party trading server issues are outside Chart & Chill's control and responsibility. Even so, our team is committed to keeping the software as stable as possible and to fixing issues with our own platform infrastructure quickly.
