Refund policy

This policy explains how Chart & Chill (ichartandchill.com) handles free services, digital purchases, subscriptions and refunds. Please read it carefully before signing up or buying any subscription or tool.

1. Courses (100% free)

All video courses on the website (Order Flow, Options Flow, Dark Pool and trading strategies) are completely free for every registered user.

There is no charge for watching or using the videos or their updates, so refunds and cancellations do not apply to the courses.

2. Paid services and products

The only paid services at Chart & Chill are:

  • Platform subscriptions: time-based access to the analytics software (Standalone and MetaTrader 5 editions) and live market data.
  • Add-ons: advanced modules and additional data.
  • Trading tools: indicators, software and dedicated trading tools.

3. No-refund policy (Non-Refundable)

Because of the nature of digital products and our payment infrastructure:

  • Instant delivery and activation: As soon as the transaction is confirmed on the network, your personal license, add-ons and download links are activated in your dashboard.
  • Crypto payments: All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT and major coins). Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature.

In short: because of instant access to files, personal licenses and the nature of crypto transactions, all payments for platform subscriptions, add-ons and trading tools are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. Cancelling a subscription renewal (Subscription Cancellation)

You can cancel the renewal of your platform subscription at any time from your dashboard.

After you cancel, your access to the platform and add-ons stays active until the last day of the current paid period, and no new invoice will be issued.

5. Technical problems and missing licenses

Although refunds are not possible, the Chart & Chill support team is committed to making sure you get full access to what you bought:

  • If there is any technical issue, or a license is not issued or activated, our support team will stay with you until the problem is fully solved.
  • You can reach us 24/7 through the AI assistant, live chat with a human operator, tickets, Telegram or WhatsApp, and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Abuse and loss of access

All licenses are for a single user; transferring, sharing or reselling them is prohibited.

If we detect abuse, reverse engineering of the software or fraud in identity verification (KYC), the user's subscription and license are blocked immediately and no refund is given.
